About Us
Kinetic Renewables Group (KRG) was established in 2017, marking our entry into the renewable energy sector with a focus on construction, installation, and maintenance—specifically within onshore and offshore wind farm projects.
Since our inception, KRG has experienced significant growth, leading to the establishment of multiple subsidiary offices in 2020. We operate under a Business-as-Usual (BAU) model, with local back-office teams and retrained technicians supported by KRG's international experts.

Kinetic Renewables Group (KRG) is led by CEO Philippe Girault, who brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. With multiple industry qualifications, Phil has successfully led teams in delivering projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars worldwide.
Phil began his career as a Trainee Superintendent with Van Oord NL, working on major infrastructure projects across the globe. Over the years, he honed his expertise before taking on the role of Works Manager for monopile and transition piece (TP) installations on the world’s first offshore wind farm. His career progressed further as he became a Project Manager and later a Project Director for major wind energy projects with Van Oord.
In 2011, Phil transitioned to Siemens Wind Power, where he played a key role in the offshore renewable energy industry, setting global standards for pre-assembly sites and contributing to multiple offshore wind projects.
Upon relocating to Australia as Head of Construction for APAC, Phil supported major renewable energy projects during the region’s early transition to clean energy. Today, as Australia and the APAC region pursue ambitious clean energy targets, with offshore wind projects on the horizon, Phil and the KRG team are poised to drive the industry forward on both a regional and global scale.
